Donations Request


To request a donation for your non-profit organization's event,
please submit your request in writing using the following guidlines:

  • All requests must be submitted in writing by either fax or mail. We cannot accept requests or inquiries by phone.

  • Requests must be submitted on your organization's official letterhead.
  • Donation requests are only accepted for eligible non-profit organizations.
  • You must include information about your organization and proof of IRS 501 (c) status.
  • Requests must be submitted no less than four weeks prior to the event.
All requests for donations meeting these guidelines will be reviewed on an
ongoing basis. If your request is approved, you will be notified by our staff.
